I strongly condemn the recent article by the the incompetent newspaper O Globo slandering my supposed "involvement" in the ISIL-ODP defector admission. Of course, I had no part in this. I suspect it is merely a plot by the enemies of Russia to smear the reputation of its leader and distract from the real issue of the day: that, as a result of incomprehensible IOC incompetence and someone's murderous desires, four of my athletes are dead and many more injured in suspicious incidents this Olympics.
