The IOC's ineptitude cannot be overstated. They allowed two of my athletes to be maimed, and almost let a third be killed. Their disastrous handle on the bomb threat let countless innocents die, and their response was to unlawfully lock us in the VIP box. I have had to order my troops into foreign soil to secure the safety of my countrymen. I nearly had to order my troops to free myself from the VIP box. This cannot happen again, nor will it.
