The Federative Republic of Brazil would like to thank the People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation for reminding us of the glory we must and will live up to. Throughout these games, we hope to foster constant communication between world leaders, and these responses have been valuable in expressing the needs and concerns of each country. We hope everyone enjoys our games and opens their minds to the innovation that South America can provide--we are not in 2008 anymore.
