The IOC would like to say that we have not captured Brent Lannister, the mysterious green-haired man, and that the ODP framed us. We at the IOC wish to carry on peacefully, and our number one goal is to ensure the safety and security for the Rio 2016 Olympics. We have no quarrel with the Brazilian government, and recently had a very peaceful meeting with the President of Brazil to make sure both organizations are taking the necessary security measures so no more harm will come to the athletes, or those attending the Games.
