As the President of the World Anti-Doping Agency and in coordination with the Olympic Charter, the IOC stands strongly against the use of all drugs and advices against it. We urge all athletes to maintain the spirit of the world's largest international sporting event by refraining from drug use and request them all show true sportsmanship.
